Random things I’ve vibe coded because I’m picky and would rather buy snacks instead. I hope you find them useful!

OneBoard

OneBoard is a powerful, local-first Kanban workspace equipped with built-in tools like Pomodoro timers, habit trackers, and interactive checklists.

I created this because I’m constantly juggling a dozen different things, both in my career and my personal life. I couldn’t find a task tracker that offered the flexibility I actually needed—like the ability to run quick calculations, time track tasks, or draw on images right inside my workspace. If you need to share tasks, OneBoard exports a clean PDF that is also perfect for printing for those situations where paper works best.

OneGANTT

OneGantt is a dynamic timeline workspace featuring an infinite canvas, drag-and-drop reordering, and visual dependency linking. It’s built for precision, allowing you to export scalable PDFs or interactive web viewers for stakeholders instantly.

I’m not a project manager, but I find myself needing to map out a projects somewhat frequently. OneGantt is great to quickly illustrate timelines while maintaining a text-only export option—great for using in an LLM for AI-driven analysis and utility.

OneFLOW

OneFlow is a dynamic cashflow forecasting engine featuring a visual runway timeline, automated recurring expense projections, and instant scenario toggling. It’s built for operational clarity, allowing you to export detailed financial summaries or analytics reports for stakeholders instantly.

This isn’t going to replace Quickbooks, but as someone who relied on excel spreadsheets in those early years when building my startups, I wish I had something like this back then. Not rocket science, but enough to make it easy to quickly get a sense for where you’re going.
