Travelled primarily across the USA to each activations, interfacing with clients onsite and facilitating setup, operations and strike.
Created company branding, website, marketing assets and maintained brand standards as company scaled.
Handled operations, finance, human resources on top of creative direction on projects as team scaled from 2 to over 30 at the peak.
Transitioned to a production role as the company exited to Victory Square Technologies and new leadership.
